Terms of Service

1. Operator and service
K4Works provides Schema Studio, a database schema visualization and documentation tool at schema-studio.net. The service is currently free early access; features and availability may change. If we introduce paid features, we will disclose prices and conditions separately and obtain agreement before payment.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Use only accounts and data you are authorized to use and keep account access secure. Infringing others’ rights, storing illegal content, attempting unauthorized access or disrupting the service is prohibited. Obtain the necessary authorization before including another person’s personal or confidential information in a document.
3. Your content and sharing
You or the rightful owner retain rights to your documents. You permit K4Works to store, process and display them only as necessary to provide the service. Cloud documents are made available to members according to workspace permissions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process documents and account information.
4. Reviewing results and keeping your data
Generated diagrams and SQL assist your review. Check their accuracy and impact before applying them to an actual database. Early-access software may contain errors or experience interruptions; we do not guarantee a specific uptime or compatibility with every database. Keep independent copies of important documents using JSON export.
5. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and request account or document deletion at [email protected]. We may restrict access to protect security, meet legal obligations or address violations of these terms. Where possible, we explain the reason and available next steps. We provide reasonable advance notice of service closure or material changes to these terms, except where urgent security or legal circumstances prevent it.
