A workspace groups members and documents for a project. Like a team folder, it contains multiple documents.
A diagram saved to the cloud contains your tables and relationships. One document can contain multiple tables.
Free example: create up to 3 workspaces and store 10 cloud documents in total across them. For example, use 4 documents in one space and 3 in each of the other two.

Teamwork includes saving and opening workspace documents and read-only sharing. Real-time simultaneous editing is not available yet.
Seats include the owner, editors, viewers and pending invitations in each workspace. Workspace limits count only spaces you own. Cloud documents are counted across all workspaces you own. Documents in an invited workspace count toward its owner’s quota. Trash and local-only browser copies are excluded.
Each account supports up to 10 active cloud documents across all owned workspaces. Each document supports up to 20 active share links. Documents support up to 100 tables, with an import input limit of 2MiB.
Manual and automatic saves add revisions to the same document. Each document keeps the latest 10 revisions on Free, 30 on Basic, or 50 on Pro. Older revisions are removed when the limit is exceeded. A document still counts as one document regardless of its revision history.
Existing documents, workspaces and memberships are kept when their quotas are exceeded; additional creation and invitations are restricted. Historical revisions follow the retention limits above. Operational limits such as document size and request rates still apply.
There is no card registration or checkout, and your workspace will not automatically become paid. Pricing and terms for paid plans will be published before launch.
